Tips/Troubleshooting
-
Why is the video taking so long to play?
- Before playing your video, your browser wants to download a percentage of the video (called buffering). You do not have to wait for the entire video to buffer. The amount necessary to buffer depends on the speed of your internet connection. After buffering passes 10%, select the play button to begin viewing the video. If the video has to stop and begin buffering during playback, this indicates that the internet connection is not downloading the file as fast as you are viewing the file. Allow the video to buffer to a greater percentage before resuming play.
-
Where do I receive a username and password to access the videos?
- A unique username and password is given to each pilot with an account. Consult with your company representative or contact ATI. Our contact information can be found here

Why won't the video play on my computer?

Can I make the video any larger?
- Yes you can! To view the video in full screen mode, click on the small shaded box to the left of the volume controls, directly below the video window. While full screen, selecting escape will resume the smaller video window.
