Crew Resource Management/TEM Training

• The ATI CRM program begins with a historical overview of how and why CRM was developed.
• The course covers the basic concepts of Communication, Team Building, Workload Management and Technical Proficiency as well as the most current form of CRM known as Threat Error Management.
• The course is taught by highly experienced pilot instructors in a small group setting which leads to class participation, skill development in accident reviews and critiques of CRM skills.
• This program was designed specifically for Pilots by Pilots as there continues to be a need in aviation for CRM/TEM training. All facets of aviation will greatly benefit acquiring the CRM/TEM skills learned in this program. Adaption of the CRM/TEM culture has proven to enhance safety by reducing errors in the workplace and effectively lowering operating costs.
• This course stresses the concept of building a CRM culture throughout all aspects of a flight organization and is the first step in fostering skills that will create an environment which raises Safety to its highest level.
